Little Park Road to Range Creek

This weekend some friends and I went for a 62-mile ride starting at Horse Canyon, climbing up into and following the top of the Book Cliffs, then dropping down into Range Creek via Turtle Canyon. There were some great views from the top of the Book Cliffs. After hitting Range Creek, we followed the road along the creek, splashing our way through the many creek crossings. On the way back, we spotted some desert bighorn sheep. It was a great ride, albeit a little hot. We barely avoided a very heavy rain storm--it dumped a few minutes after we got the ATVs loaded up and headed toward home.
