Extreme Macros with Point and Shoots

Well, i was goofing around with some equipment, and i realized if you can do extreme macros with a point and shoot..
I purchased a macro lens (this one http://www.amazon.com/Opteka-Profess...6082606&sr=1-5 ) It's $25-$30 including shipping. Anyway once you get it, hold it in front of your camera while the camera is at the highest capable optical zoom, also set the camera in macro. If you have the capability i suggest you raise the F-stop to F.13 or so, but my point and shoot only goes to F.8 so..it'll do. So there you go, start snapping pictures. It won't compare to the SLR reversed lens technique, but it's better then just macro mode.
Here's my results with my SX120 IS.

If you have a SLR you can take any standard lens and hold it up backwards to the body. (That is to say the part that normally accepts filters and what not is up against the body while the side that is normally next to the body is now out in front.) Of course it won't attache this way so you'll have to hold it in place, but you can take extreme close ups using this method.
