Anyone do any technical climbs out of lake powell? We have a 2 week trip planned for the 4th. Any canyon suggestions on the water?

Powell has lots of canyons. Depends which part of the lake you are going to be, obviously.

And "on the water", do you mean end at the lake, or start from the lake, or what?

(One personal favorite is West canyon)

Very cool looking hikes - we are going to be boating out of bullfrog/halls, but we are going to be heading down lake to ribbon canyon to camp (right before the san juan river arm...) Plenty of boat power to get around the lake though to hike!
