    We were in Butler Wash on that Sunday and the no-see-um's munched the crap out of us....

    I've been so busy this past week I still haven't downloaded my camera.

    Yep. On our way from Bluff to Monument Valley back to Road Canyon we stopped at the south part of Comb Ridge and hiked to the top of it. No See Ums were maddening. Funny, a short distance away at Road Canyon they were barely there. I guess the elevation could have something to do with it.

    Here is a pic of what the bugs did to my leg after only a couple of hours.

    The rest of the time we were over in Grand Gulch and had no problem with bugs.
