    Wendover 300

    This coming weekend is the Bonneville off-road racing "Wendover 300". Pre-run on Friday and racing Saturday. Bikes, quads and SxS start early with the cars and trucks starting around 10:30am. Spectators are welcome.

    Are you racing in this? I wouldn't mind riding my bike in it. Not sure I can make it happen this weekend...maybe follow their tracks next.

    I did not race but pre-ran the course on Friday. I was following Carl in his King of the hammers buggy (Fred), They came in late but still took a second place in their division.
    The course was awesome with two loops and a huge variety of terrain from winding mountain trails to washes to wide open desert road. It was windy and dusty, made for tough pictures but I scored a few

    we did race with the yellow 7312 truck above.. it was 7301 driven by carl fitts, but i think he moved up to 7200 class.

    my friend it planning to race the 300 next year.
