Deer Creek Canyon May 6th-8th

I'm still looking for partners to do Deer Creek Canyon in the Grand Canyon on May 6th-8th. Any takers? I have a permit for 4 people to camp on the 6th and the 7th at Surprise Valley, 2.5 miles away from Deer Creek. All three of my partners canceled on me so I have 3 open spots. I've done the canyon before if that matters.

Alternatively, if you're interested in doing the canyon but don't want to go with someone you've never met, I'm willing to sell the permit for $30 bucks (it cost $50 for me).

I'm very interested in joining you on this trip. I have done Deer Creek once from the river in 97 and would love to go back. My only concern are the roads being open by the 6th. Do you know the status of the roads?

I have one other issue I would have to clear up before I could fully commit. I will know by this Wed the 28th if I'm a go/ no go.
