    And yet....drum roll....another noob

    Hi, I'm Andrea, known as Spooky since birth. Yes, that is auspicious. Found the forum when I saw a letter I wrote to Backpacker had found its way here. Pretty cool stuff, I'm glad I found it.

    I live in Utah and try to stay out of inversions and up in the Wasatch. I love mountain biking (my first trail ever was the "difficult" loop of the Slick Rock and I fell asleep halfway through), hiking around in general and climbing various peaks. I'd like to do Colorado's 14'ers.

    My goal in life is to be a Mountain Dew commercial. You know, hiked it, swam it, climbed it....

    I'm in Murray, grew up in American "Fark." I've also lived in Washington, Idaho and Montana, but decided to stay here forever when nobody in my neighborhood stole my Obama sign. Sweet!

    Diarrhea of the keyboard...lol!

    I chased a few super cell storms through Utah on Wednesday. Anybody see those? My truck didn't agree with the 1" hail much but we had fun.

    That is really bizarre. My dad started calling me that the day I was born, which in retrospect seems a little creepy. I've never known anybody else with that nickname.
