Happy Easter Y'all ! - Kicking back today and feasting on home made scones. Ham and 'funeral potatoes' for dinner.

We bought a honey baked ham for tonight. Looking forward to that.

For Easter I cooked my first ham. It was easy as pie and delish! Filled the bottom of a slow cooker with 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar, put the ham in flat side down (had to trim it a bit to get it to fit in the crockpot) smeared a 1/2 cup of brown sugar on the top and poured a 1/2 cup of pineapple juice over the top. Cooked for 8 hours while I hiked Hidden Canyon in Zion. It was nummy!!!!! Fell apart pulling it out, so juicey and good flavor.
