It's good to be a Utah kid....
This is a picture of my daughter holding her birthday present (12 y/o). I was just wondering is all the 12 y/o kids living in places like Oakland and Compton received the same gift.

My youngest (today, he turned 12) received as a gift his 3-in-1 combo rifle w/40 power scope a year ago. 20ga, .22 and .243 ROSSI. While its only a single shot, it's nice to have those three barrels to choose from.

Very cool, even more thoughtfull that you would make a clone of your stock for her! Like father like daughter!! J/K but a very cool gift and those in Okland already have guns by 12 but look mostly like this
Two wheels are better than four, keep the rubber side down.

Very nice I remember my first gun; also a ruger 10/22. It has a green, gray, and brown laminated stock. When it comes to semi auto .22s you can't beat that Ruger. I bet I've had 15000 rounds through it and it still shoots like it was brand new. Good memories.

live2ride is on the right track...only handguns for the kids in Compton...makes it easier to hold it sideways while shooting....EVERYONE knows that's the best way to improve your accuracy.

I bought the rifle for her... but her grandpa is a master gunsmith and really tricked it out as his birthday gift. He added the 3x9 scope, it has a custom rack-n-roll bolt that he also jeweled (looks really cool), titanium firing pin, custom trigger, pink sling and mounts.... kept the factory barrel for now because she is small and didn't want to add weight. I took her out shooting with it the other day and after a couple clips she was driving tacks with it....
