    So I just bottled my first Irish Red today hopefully it turns out well this i my 6th home brew so far this year. the red beers are probably my favorite so hopefully it turns out well. it is named after my unkle bob but my son has always called him Clifford the big red dog so itis name is The Big Red Dog.

    it is going to take a couple weeks for it to be ready to drink (hopefully it is good) the sample day will be the 24th of April I am planing a get together with the Utah4X4Club but if some bogleyites want to join they will be more than welcome. I will be smoking some meat and and BBQing some burgers and dogs. If any one is interested shoot me a PM and i will shoot the link to the party off of the utah4x4club site
