Crystal Creek Pipeline - Kolob Res.
Has anyone looked into how this might affect permits in Kolob Canyon?

I don't know what it will do to Kolob.... but it will probably suck for canyoneering down Crystal Creek, which was a great entrance for those backpacking Deep Creek. This is one of those obscure routes I never bothered to add to Climb-Utah because the demand is minuscule, but here is the beta for anyone that wants it. I don't know exactly where the road or diversion pipe are located. Last time I was in the area was about 2002.
