Don't talk unless you can improve the silence.
The trout do not rise in the cemetery, so you better do your fishing while you are still alive. SGH

That Panguitch pigster is a freak. Nice pics, Mike.

    Thanks for stopping by.

Thanks man, not all were caught in the past year though. Most were caught in 2008, but a few in that compilation were from last year ('09) and '07.

LOAH, that fatty rainbow is probably my personal favorite trout to date. Unfortunately I didn't make it out to Panguitch this past fall. For whatever reason I lost the itch to go fishing toward the latter part of last year. It's back now, but unfortunately it's winter. It's been said a billion times but it's never been more true: spring time can't come soon enough.

I agree. The ice thing is fun for a bit, but I need to cast something to really scratch that itch. I'm about to lose the auger I use too. It's owner needs it back.

    There goes ice holin'.

Come on spring (although we haven't gotten much water yet).

Yeah I'm hoping to make it out on the ice at least once this year. I need to pick a day when it's not windy and miserable because that is how both of my ice fishing outings have gone in the past (both resulted in skunkages). I keep telling myself that the hard deck has better things to offer than that. I'm thinking maybe a good weather day at Minersville might be a good choice.

That sucks about the auger. I bet you could find a cheap used one for sale somewhere. Oh yeah, check your inbox.
