How did you celebrate New Year's Eve?
Did anybody head out of town? Friend's house? Salt Lake City's "First Night" festival?

Stayed home. Boring sucka I guess. I started the Back to the Future trilogy with the kids and then flipped between stations on TV until about 1 AM...then I crashed. Still trying to wake up...

I worked last night. It was busy. I looked at the clock and it was like "oh, happy new year. six more hours to go."

i stole a car, burned a bunch of wood, drank a lot, almost got ran over by a subaru with a naked man on the back, got body-slammed through a chair, cheap shotted some unsuspecting dude who was peeing too close to the fire, and woke up and took a trip through the black hole.

New Years Eve just stayed home and relaxed, but this saturday the 2nd, headed down to Vegas, had dinner, went to the Mirage, saw the HILARIOUS Terry Fator, then walked the strip to see the short Pirate gig in front of Treasure Island, watched the fountains at Belagio to the theme of Titanic, had a nightcap and headed to our 34th floor room of The Mandalay Bay Hotel. Awesome time!

I stayed home. Played xbox with my 6 year old, ordered a pizza, and went to bed early, and sober. I was woken up at 12 by a dog running over my bed and barking at the windows and stepping on my face, and a cat going insane trying to get away from the dog.
Fireworks! I hate them! They send the dog insane.
Ever had a 60 pound dog go insane in your sleep and tear apart your room? Not a good time.

New Year's Eve
Stayed home and played board games with my family; including a new game my married son has called "Mystery of the Abbey," which is a game similar to "Clue" only it takes place in a medieval Catholic Monastery and various monks are the culprits....don't laugh, it was fun! Shot off fireworks at midnight. Made plans with my sons to do Englestead this year.
