Winter Solstice Wave
Had a great time, Thanks to Pelon and Dbaxter for the invite.
The first pic is an attempt at toned down HDR that I don't really like.

Nice pictures. My favorite time to do the Wave is when there is snow on it.

Notice how the guy wearing the Bogley shirt is the one surrounded by all the women.
Looks like it might be time to retire my Wolf Shirt and get a Bogley shirt.

It has to be the shirt----I'm obviously better looking.
3 Arches at the Wave

did you find the double arch behind top rock too? there is a really cool room with 2 arches, a sand dune in the middle, and the two arches look like the symbol for infinity. totally bizzare.
only picture of mine i have online right now.
here's a nice one from phillipe though (he posts here very infrequently.) a bunch of people now refer to it as "melody arch."

Wonderful pictures!!! I would love to see the Wave with snow.
We were out there in early November and spent a good deal of time up on the top and down the other side. We definitely plan to go back again. There is much to see!

Nice shots and TR Kurt!
Robin and I are thinking of a trip for spring break to backpack into Buckskin Gulch/Paria and have a day hiking the wave area too.It is good that warriors such as we meet in the struggle of life... or death. It shall be life. - Ten Bears, "The Outlaw Josie Wales"
