    Especially since you caught me just coming back from the dentist where he pulled two remnants-of-teeth!!! Best thing that happened to me all week (the cookies, NOT the dentist)!

    Cookies are technical, there is serious burn potential when removing from the oven, especially if you don't have the latest high tech silicone oven mitts.
