Went down that way last in March, and other parts of NM last Thanksgiving. Beautiful area. I love chaco!

Moved to Alberturkey in 1961 as a child. Did Elementary, Junior and High School there. Most of my recreation was done around Sandias, Manzanos, Pecos, Santa Fe, Jemez, and Taos, Pagosa Springs, and Durango. Moved away in 1975 and then came back for a short year in 1979. Haven't been back in that area since then, however make several trips a year to Alto (Ruidoso) to see mom. We usually drive from SG. Utah, to Flagstaff, Holbrook, St. Johns, Springerville, Quemado, Pie Town, Datil, Magdalena, Socorro, San Antonio, Carizosso and Ruidoso. Need to suck it up and follow I-40 in to Albuquerque one of these days though.
