    Image Re-sizing

I've been using the Image resizer powertoy. I take shot's sharpen somewhat and post. They seem to lose a lot of clarity when doing this. Can I resize out of lightroom2 in the export box and maintain better clarity? I also just bought Element's 8 is there something in that I should be using?
    Thanks for any help.

you can definitely resize out of LR2.

Export, then in the options set the sharpening to Screen, Medium or High. Should look fine.

Thanks Dan, That was what I did on the last pic. It made a worthwhile difference.
