Little Wild Horse and Goblin Valley
I don't know if this belongs in Canyoneering or not, but our first hike was in a canyon.
Last weekend we spent a few days camping near Goblin Valley. The weather was great. We had four families camping together. We also had 12-1/2 kids, ages 1 through 15, with most of them below 6, so we kept the hikes on the short side.
But we were able to do a few miles of Little Wild Horse canyon, quite a lot of climbing in Goblin Valley and then a few of us hiked to Wild Horse Window. We also went to Goblin Valley after dark and played with the goblins.
Here are a few pictures to enjoy.

There were a lot more people than I expected. The campground at Goblin Valley was full all weekend. In LWH parking lot there were 8-10 cars on Thursday evening.

Great pictures. And just to confirm your suspension those petroglyphs are in deed fake. They are only like 5 years old or so.

8-10 cars at LWH is nothing, in October 2008 we counted over 80....
