1 new private message, but no message

I got this today in my inbox,

"You have a new message at: http://uutahcom.ipower.com/forum/privmsg.php?folder=inbox"

but when I logged in, there was no new messages. Then I thought, it was a phishing website (the *ipower.com* part) and changed my password immediately, just in case.

So, what's going on here?

yeah, that's weird, I was going through the General Talk section and saw the moved "hacker" thread and that's what was going on. strange.
