Cataract Canyon low water
Just got back from Cataract Canyon on the Colorado at 7,200 cfs (low water). We did it in 4 days, pretty fast, with 4 boats and a motor. The weather was awesome.
1st day: From Potash to 19 mile camp
2nd day: From camp to Spanish Bottom
3rd day: Big Drops rapids to Gypsum camp
4th day: Motor out to Hite marina
Kick ass trip, big water!

I just finished reading J.W. Powell's book "The Exploration of the Colorado River and It's Side Canyons." Great read. Makes me hungry for something like this!
