Tech Tip - Daisy Chain Knot
I've found using the daisy chain helpful in shortening long lengths of webbing or cordeletts. In the pic the top black chain is 15-20ft of 1/2 in webbing doubled over. The bottom green chain is 50ft of 1 in webbing doubled twice (4 strands or quadrupled I guess).

Very useful. I taught my son how to do this when we were moving - good for winding up the lamp cords.

Ha- picked up some webbing from REI this weekend- they brought it out from the back all tied up like this. Neat stuff.
