Those are Superior gears and shafts. That's the Ford Dana 60 (narrowed) front out back for rear steer. The concrete courses take their toll on parts

It's something that could happen in an instant, but it most cases it's fatigue. There really is no signs that it's going to happen, it just does. This buggy competes quite frequently on concrete courses which shortens the life on lots of parts.
Here's a series on a concrete course, I posted them before.

Well at least they were not genuine gears they would not have lasted as long as they did... sucks though what re you going to put in now?
