    More Gila Wilderness New Mexico

Over July 4th a friend and I repeated a loop I had done a few years back, it departs from Bursum Th, goes to Redstone Park, the ascends the lush and faint Whitewater Canyon to the Crest, where we camped at a little over 10K.
Then on top a while, to a nice cabin, then done to camp by the creek again, then a few miles out the next day. It rained, but allowed us dry time to set up tents. Second night lots of lightning and thunder for about an hour. Like in a rain forest.
