Maple Canyon for noobs on 7/11 - schoolroom
I'm planning to go down to Maple Canyon tomorrow with some first-time climbers. If anyone wants to meet up, let me know.
I've got 1 rope and enough draws to do anything in the School Room. I'm bringing 2 people.
If anyone wants to come with another rope and maybe an extra harness (I have 2 extras, but I think only one will fit the people I'm bringing) - let me know.
You can bring your own n00bs too if you want. That way we can be the group that crowds the school room :)-----

Mighty nice of you! I can't go but sounds like a good opportunity for someone to try it out.

Just got back. Perfect weather for climbing down there.
Crowds weren't too bad either. A fair number of people, but that's to be expected with maple canyon.
If anyone is thinking of going down there - you should. It's in prime conditions. Most of the routes are in the shade or you can find one in the shade, and it stays cool down there when the rest of Utah starts to get hot.-----
