    Yoohoo, first vote!

I put Iphone because that is what I have. I know many people who have a 3G that love them. I was an Ipod user before I had the phone and the biggest attraction to me was to have both in the same device. 3G

I chose the iPhone 3GS, well, because that's what I have. It's my first iPhone and I have been very happy with it.

I came over from Windows Mobile devices (HTC/AT&T Tilt)....and have not had any hands-on experience with the G1 to compare the two.

If you decide to go with Omnia and Verizon, you should probably wait a bit since they're coming out with Omnia II and some other smartphones in August, I think.

Good news! I found my phone in my bike pack. I had checked it twice but overlooked one pocket both times. I was going through everything ONE last time before giving up and buying a new phone. I love my Pearl. I have had it for two years and really didn't want to replace it until Christmas. I figure I could find a hella deal at x-mas time.

I still haven't decided which one I would go with yet. I don't know that I really need a phone with internet capabilities. I don't use it on my Pearl currently. Just sounds fun. Mostly I want a decent point and shoot for capturing funny moments (at least 3 mega pixels), a music phone (mp3 committed suiced this past ski season) and a phone. I really want to see how the new My Touch 3G is going to perform. See if T-Mobiles network gets any better with their new 3G system before I make a decision.

Best news is the money I was going to buy this phone with I was saving to buy a new bike seat. Guess I get my Joplin now!!!

    Neither.

New phones are like peni (thats plural, like cacti). Sometimes it's fun to whip it out and say "hey look how big mine is" but most people just stare at you and giggle knowing you wasted your money on enhancements you don't know how to use. Or ever will.

It does make a good flashlight though to naivigate when returning after a late night of drinking and not wake the wifey. :)
