Due to unforseen repairs sucking money, our original plans were scrapped due to lack of funds.
My sons birthday however is on the fourth.
so no booze, I will be having a brithday party for a six year old, course I do not drink anymore anyways so no biggie there.
fireworks that night, and working on the house friday trying to finish repairs before the party and getting paint dry. Sunday Ill do the same thing i do about every sunday and take the dog for a long walk in the mountains, if possible id like to work in a little fishing.
sunday is to make up for a lame ass parade too early for a weekend morning followed by family and children taking over my home, followed by me stepping on legos that night that got dropped and not put away.

Only one thing is certain about my 4th of July plans: I am going to drink a lot!

I just got home from Bear Lake a couple hours ago. I had a great time. The weather was a little cloudy, but overall very nice. I did a little boating, motorcycling and ate a famous raspberry shake. I almost forget about the dutch oven dinner that my Dad cooked too. Good Stuff.

I fear taking the boat out on major holidays..... Though that may have been a poor decision, being that we FINALLY had great weather this weekend......
Rode 32 road miles in the PC area....
Spent some time in a friends pool....
I was also VERY proud to watch The Little One completed her first "run"....

Just got back from Lava, ran the river a couple time and went to the pool. There new slides are a blast. Great weather only rained for a little bit Friday night.

Spent time with family - Provo parade - ugh!
On the 3rd I met up with a buddy of mine and we rode up Immigration. I have not done that before - very cool ride up - even better on the way down. Fun to pass folks decked out in their matching riding gear and I'm in shorts and t-shirt
If you have never done it - do it - the ride down is worth the 8 mile climb!

My brother and his family are in town from Germany. So I spent the weekend visiting, telling stories, bbqing and lighting fireworks.
