That pool is bigger and deeper than it appears. I was impressed when I hiked past it a couple of months ago. I thought it would be a great swimming hole in the summer. It is about a mile from the road???? Yes it is just between Sandthrax and Hog Springs, north side of the road. Big drainage that leads to a bunch of cool slots. It is a long hike from the top, I know, I sorta got in the wrong drainage and ended up hiking all the way to the road, hence the reason I know about this pool.
