    My first post in this forum :)

    On Saturday I was invited by a friend at work to take his raft down the Gunnison River from Escalante to Bridgeport. He

    Nice trip man! Your friend is going to LOVE Yampa, we just got off of it today. Had a blast, great flow this year, Yampa is peaking now.

    This is Andrew - the Friend :)
    Sadly I did not get to go on the Yampa,
    The trip leader, decided that with my lack of big water experience, and the extremely high flows, that I would be a danger to myself, and possibly others on the trip.

    Oh well - Some other time - I am sure
