    JEM Trail 3/21/09 Report

The JEM was great today as always. 6 of us met up, started on the trail at noon. Dave - theking648 helped us out on the shuttle as well.

I was telling these guys, I'm not taking a 5 hour drive to St George to pedal up a dirt road.

The weather was great. Mark and Gary even got dropped off one more time on the way up to grab the truck after the ride, so they did it again.

Looks like fun man! I will be there in a couple of weeks!

Two wheels are better than four, keep the rubber side down.

Looks like we missed a great ride!
May your waters be swift and pure, may your presentation be perfect, and of course, let there be trout.

We hit Bear Claw Poppy trail right after this one. I almost did your same pose, but my batteries were almost dead, and I'd have to hike up the trail again.

Sunshine, trails, scenery... who would want to be anywhere else.

Looking forward to the usual footage and more biking stories!

Looking forward to the footage too. I wish I could have made it on this one...

Push that HQ button on the video. It's easier than going to the Youtube page and looking for that blue link.

Awesome video! I got a sneak preview and a behind the scenes tour! Now I know how it's done! The beans are spilled! After watching this though I was glad I was in central Utah squeezing through tight places rather than in southern Utah rolling through automatic doors into the ER!

You guys need to take up a safe sport like climbing or hangliding!

Hope to join you (at least to run your shuttle) on the next trip down!

Yep, I gave Bo a tour of my editing studio. I showed him some raw footage.

I like the rear view perspective. I never really saw that before--when the camera mounts looking backwards. I think it makes the ride more exciting because rather than looking at someones backside -you see the perspective of the rider face forward and dealing with the trail coming at him. Good Stuff--great trail.

Thanks. I try to do it on most rides, depending on how much time we have. I sometimes even mount the camera to the frame of the bike.

I usually forget that my flippin' pack is blocking a lof of the frame though. I need to wear it up front when I get those shots.

Nice video ! I wish that I could have been there. I thought for sure that someone would have waved at the camera guy while riding the clif exposure.
