    Unique Arizona

One of my favorite day hikes. Unique old "cave house" built in the 1930's, now abandoned, on private land so logistics make for a moderately challenging about 12 mile day hike. Awesome location. Inside is still in great shape. You have some boulder scrambling in a canyon, some off trail stuff, etc.

Looks as if it was once a great place to live.

    Damn sub-prime mortgages.

that's really cool. Looks like it has been kept a secret. Not too much grafitti in the pic.

Seriously that house is so much nicer looking than my apartment. What a cool place. It is like that polygamist caves without the fanatics. That seems really cool.

Wow, you said you day hiked for 12 miles to get there? I wonder how anyone got all that concrete for those rocks in there. It's still structurally sound. I guess they got tired of the hike to get groceries, huh?
