you should mount the camera somewhere and do a time lapse vid of you working on it.

Either that, or mount the camera right to the bike somewhere and do a time lapse of you working on the rear hub.

Make it purdy! Looks like fun man!

Two wheels are better than four, keep the rubber side down.

OK. I did alot of assembly tonight I have another video from tonight I'm trying to upload to youtube. I think you will like it Joe. and talk about a SSMOOOTHHHH hub!
...you will lose the bar ends to fit the the system but the trade off is worth it I think. Heathers will go much faster.

Did I just see that right??

He was in 14th gear or however you term it and stopped shifted into 1st and started pedaling without any wierd clamoring and the chain coming off?

Now I think I get the excitement over this hub. I think I am jealous.
    Chere'

You heard correctly. A planetary hub (internal geared) does not need to be in motion to shift gears. It shifts very smoothly and instantly. No external derailleurs, no chain shifting. One front ring and one back ring. Pure awesomeness

Bikes made it home safe. I took my bike out for a spin, no chain skipping, perfect shifting, much much more responsive then a derailment system.

I'll go get it muddy before the storm rolls in tomorrow. :D

Thanks so much, Wade! I had a blast just riding up your street with that hub. :)

Really glad you like it I wish I could get down to Costa Rica to ride. You'll have to post some good pics of the area!
