    Snowbasin on Valentines Day

I wasn't expecting to go skiing and I stayed up late the night before (mistake). I had a child that was grounded so I was going to spend Saturday doing house chores. In the morning Grandma volunteered to watch her so I could go play in the powder. Because of my late night I was only able to make 4 runs before I was exhausted. That last run was bliss from top to bottom. I took the Mt Allen peak tram skied over to No Name peak... hiked up it a bit. The powder was DEEP and LIGHT. I bet SNB got at least 15" today. After that 4th run I was soaking wet, I still tend to roll around in the powder more then I do ski through it. But as always I have fun!

On the way home the sun came out. The mountain sure looked pretty from Ogden view.

Soo jealous, it was rough driving home in the snow this morning knowing I had to sleep instead of snowboard. I can't complain too much though since I got a lot of really good days in before coming back to work.

Two wheels are better than four, keep the rubber side down.
