I use Arcsoft Panorama Maker Pro to stitch my panos together.
It works great
Heres a small portion of some of my better panoramas I've taken from various places.
Upper Cataract basin in the Gore Range in Colorado
The backside of the Maroon Bells taken from Fravert Basin
Mt. Stuart from Ingalls Pass in the WA Cascades
Kyes and Monte Cristo Peaks backdropping Blanca Lake in the WA Cascades

Egypt Bench in Escalante Country taken after a descent of Egypt 3

Love these!!! They are GREAT!!!
My favs are:
- Spider Gap and Dumbbell Mountain from Cloudy Pass in the WA Cascades
- Kyes and Monte Cristo Peaks backdropping Blanca Lake in the WA Cascades
- Sunrise over the Grand Tetons
- The backside of the Maroon Bells taken from Fravert Basin

I use Autopana Giga 2. It can handle huge files and does a great job with stitching and matching tones.

Wow. you guys rock. I'm a noob at panos but here are a couple... sized way down of course. (stitched in CS4)
Cascade from the back door to my office. (keep meaning to play with flag exposure)
Skyline Drive
This is a 12 shot work in progress that I did mostly to see how many images my crappy computer could do at one time. Still need to fix the sky, and some other odds and ends. The native file is huge.
