    Budget Template??

Does anybody have a good Excel household budget template that they don't mind sharing?

I use Excel to budget out my money. It is pretty specific to me. What exactly are you trying to do?

Just get a basic template of ingoing and outgoing moneys each month. I was going to make one in Excel, but figured I wouldn't reinvent the wheel if somebody has one that they use and like.

That's not too bad. Maybe I'll give that a shot and try to modify it a bit.

Ingrate! I spent all morning making that for you... just kidding. I downloaded it and it works fine for me but if you can find something better, go for it.

I've been trying out the Dave Ramsey debt reduction tools available at his website. Try this link:

I LOVE!!! Dave Ramsey. He is my hero and has a sexy voice.

I have been following Dave off and on since 1998. This past year I have not really been a good girl. I have not increased my debt at all but not very dilligent at paying it off either. But the year before I went all out and paid off a good chunk. I am hoping back on the band wagon it really is time to get rid of the family pet!

He gives some great advice, I cant wait to pay off my mortgage, being debt free will be a great thing.
However, he talks about getting 12% annual return, Dont Count on it! 8% maybe.
If you look at the S&P it hasn't avereaged 1% a year over the last 10 years so dont get your hopes up to much on how fast your money grows.

Gock... your avatar is disturbing. Everytime I see that I want to hide my head under the covers.
