When you are choosing your sleeping bag, you need to decide why you are buying it. Winter camping (you would want a zero degree bag or something comparable). Back packing you would want something light. The first bag I bought was kind of a hybrid for different purposes. It wasn't really "perfect" for anything (except car camping in the summer, or sleep overs at a friends) but as I used it, I discovered what I wanted out of a sleeping bag and then I made my next selection on a bag based on what my first bag lacked.

DiscGo is correct. Decide what kind of activity you will using it in (camping, backpacking etc) and what conditions you will be using it (temperatures expected, shelter using it with, etc) then go from there. Keep in mind that if you use a pad it can make a difference in comfort and making it warmer

Go synthetic. Tropical I would suggest means no down bags?? 30 degree bag should be sufficient. There are many out there and light weight.

Anyway, to the original poster a 0C degree synthetic or down should be good to 3000 meters or so in most of the tropics.
If you go year round, a synthetic would be better in a tropical country. If you are going in the dry season only, a down bag would be best since it's lighter.
As far as brands go, I have no idea what brand of sleeping bags are available in Indonesia, but I know Singapore has several high quality outdoor gear stores so you could probably have it shipped from there without too much cost.
