some of the shady spots are a little wet but it warmed up again (70) and now we are looking at another front coming in tonight....go figure...

I know once your weather sets in, it sets in. But, what you're describing is how the weather is here in the winter, minus the 70*. It'll snow and be cold for a few days and then it will warm up into the 40* and play that seesaw game all the time. That's what makes it a PIA here.

I could deal with a winter like that, it's when it 'sets in' here that it gets unbearable - not looking foreward to it
