Lone Peak
thinking of doing Lone Peak this Saturday. we want to go up Jacob's Ladder and down the Schoolhouse Springs trail (to Alpine). Last year in Sept we went up and down Jacob's Ladder route and it was great... albeit steep and hot on the way down. Has anyone done that schoolhouse springs trail in wet (hopefully snow will be melted) conditions? If there is still snow, is it straightforward enough to navigate that trail?

no dice on Friday
unfortunately I can't; with this being fall break for most school districts, I can't get coverage :( Should be a nice few days though. Let me know if perchance you ended up going Sat and we can join up.
