    Sunday in the Roost found us in Larry Canyon. We parked at the wash trailhead and spotted another vehicle down the road above the crack exit. Larry is a canyon with a good variation of challenges including a lung popping climb out. Beta indicated that it was possible to enter the canyon climbing down moki steps. We thought otherwise and rappelled in from a previously rigged tree. The canyon was dry. The combination of the afternoon angled sun and the deep, multi angled and multicolored walls provided us with several

    So totally jealous!!

    Pic 185 is one of the coolest four-toned canyon pics I've ever seen.
    It's only "science" if it supports the narrative.

    Thanks, and I give thanks to my Pentax optio W20. Larry like all the Roost canyons is very scenic.
