Lake Mary 14Sep08
I went to Lake Mary last Sunday. Beautiful scenery everywhere..
Saw some senior people on the trail, which made me jealous about their long lasting friendship or relationship...Also saw families hiking there, very cute kids, identical twins..
Took some pictures for the lake. Really loved the scenery. As I hiked up along the trail I ended up in Lake Catherine which is a smaller lake without any rock in the water. It's more quiet there and I rested for quite a while on a rock listening to the birds, wind, and watching the clouds moving slowly.
There was a dude camping there, but I was too shy to say hello.
This is a wonderful place with easy access. I am sure I will come back whenever I can.wanna explore Utah with people who also like outdoors...

Looks really cool Globy but the pics are a bit too small :-) Do you go hiking every weekend?
Did I brag about swimming in White Pine lake in July? Yeah, I never got about to creating a TR but it's true. Very cold though."Always look at the bright side of life"

sorry about the size... I tried to fix it. Now they are bigger, but I still can not load all the ones I want. Some of them are still small though I tried to increase the pixels in Picasa to 500...
I bet the water was cold, actually should be freezing if you dip yourself in..wanna explore Utah with people who also like outdoors...

nice TR globy. I'd admit I went for the first time a few weeks ago. There is some nice mountain lakes up there. Hiked to Dog, Mary, Twin Lakes. Will too go back and recomend this hike/loops to anyone else that hasn't done it.

Sorry for complaining Globy but I wear glasses and little pics were too much to handle. Now I see what a nice place you went to. White Pine water was the coldest I ever got into but surprisingly it was much colder just dipping my feet in it than actually swimming. The swimming part didn't last too long either, about 1.5 minute, heh.

Nice TR. Looks like Lake Mary has more water than when I was there last summer. I think I took the long way in past Silver Lake but it was still a nice hike.

Lake Mary is a great spot. Went cliff jumping there a few years ago so everyone in Salt Lake probably drank my filth that summer.
