    Incident in Escalante - Now

    Tropic Fire Rescue Team, three rangers from Bryce and Rick Green are out in the Egypt area to assist people in trouble plus the resources at the Interagency Visitor Center in Escalante.

    Info I heard but cannot verify:
    1. possible freak flash flood (NWS has no flash flood watches or warnings in effect). We had no rain at Bryce.
    2. possibly an automobile involved
    3. four people involved

    No other info available.
