A gentleman is discrete. But then again, I'm no gentleman, heh. We'll have some cams - we don't want to miss those once in a lifetime photos as we did during the BBQ.

Should be ripping it up in the state championship downhill race at Sundance. They said that we would race, rain or shine.

I have a family reuinion in SLC Saturday, so we were going to climb Timp Sunday night and Monday with the kids. Looks like it is going to snow though:

    http://www.wrh.noaa.gov/forecast/Map...x=116&map.y=83

    At 10400 feet:

Sunday Night: Showers and thunderstorms likely. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 42. Chance of precipitation is 60%.

Labor Day: Snow showers likely. Some thunder is also possible. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 49.

Monday Night: A chance of snow showers. Some thunder is also possible. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 37.

Maybe we'll just go to the cave instead.

I'll be working... And flipping through my Utah hiking/canyoneering books - making plans for my October trip! Got a few hikes planned along the Hole in the Rock Road so far, and an idea or two for Zion. Gonna need ideas for the Wasatch and/or Uinta areas soon...

I was supposed to be heading to Bear Lake (Garden City), but now it appears that I'll be working the entire 3 day weekend.

And the weather report this morning indicates Saturday 97F, Sunday high wind, rain, thunder and 80's, and not much better on Monday!

I was hoping to at least get some riding in or a hike along the Lone Peak Wilderness trail.

Got really wet hiking in Southern California today!

We had so much fun that I had to post some pictures in the hiking section. Got some great video, but I need to learn how to post video. Will work on that tomorrow.
