Anyone done the Squeeze from Wild Horse Road?

Anyone done the Squeeze from Wild Horse Road aka Goblin Valley?

On google maps it looks like the road to little wild horse comes within a mile or so of the trail head to the squeeze. I've heard rumors that you can get there by road.

Any tips / road conditions would be appreciated.

Yes, many of us have done so. I know Shane has taken his wife's truck down there. He recommends staying on the graded road.

We usually call that the Factory Butte road, but if they have graded it lately, you can drive it pretty easily from Little Wild Horse. Park where it crosses Muddy Creek. Hike the side of Muddy Creek to the base of the Moroni slopes (about 45 minutes). Not the most aesthetic, but it works.

The only reason I now recommend staying on the graded road is the tree huggers got the old road through the gorge closed a few years back.

Several years ago.... Accessing from Factory Butte allowed you to drive right to the base of the Moroni Slopes. It turned the Squeeze into a 1/2 day romp.... the only trick was not stopping when crossing the stream or your 4x4 will sink in the mud.

Now we just park where the road crosses the stream and walk in. It's shorter and faster then hiking down from Hidden Splendor.

The complete route description for accessing from both Factory Butte and Hidden Splendor is here in the pay per view section:
