It's high and dry in South Jordan. My office is in Taylorsville and we got some hail around 3:00pm, but when I got to my truck around 4:00pm, it wasn't even damp.

I have no clue what that story was about!

West Jordan got hammered on the far west side of town while I was at work.... oddly enough, we didn't even get a drop where I was on Redwood Rd. though.

My office is just off 6200 South Redwood. I heard a bit of hail around 3:00pm, but like I mentioned, the truck was dry at 4:00pm.

At my house in S. Jordan (90th S. and 40th W. area), the grass wasn't even wet.

Close to Redwood between Research Way and 4000 S it rained like hell non stop for at least two hours.

That's why flashfloods are so dangerous because they can be so localized.
