Compound Fracture from the ride tonight

One of our members took a very bad spill tonight on the bike ride.

Very bad break on the left arm, both bones, compound fracture. On the other elbow, a large gash. And a busted up mouth.

greyhair biker is now at the University Hospital for surgery, they will put plates and screws in the arm to hold the bones together while they heal. Should have more details by morning but so far it's going well.

Yep. Bad news. I had a bad feeling as we waited and waited and waited for the rest of the group.

So is it taboo to ask what happened? Knowing how experienced of a rider GHB is - I'm very curious.

Sorry if I'm a social retard and don't know when to keep my mouth shut.
