    WOW! Maybe she was mentally impaired? That's the only thing I can come up with? Maybe she has a mental disability. But then the question would be, why would she have a drivers license? I'm trying really hard to reason this one out and it's not working.

    When the truck ran off the road and into the pond, Booger and Junior rolled down their windows and escaped. Bubba, riding in back, couldn't get the tailgate down, so he drowned.
