Who had that cool Goblin Valley knock off post?

Somebody on this site once had an awesome post about an area they found on google earth near goblin valley and then went there and had cool pictures. I wanted to check that out this weekend, but I couldn't find the post. You guys know what I'm talking about?

I hope you end up going, it's a great little place to explore, especially when combined with Hamburger Rocks. There are some great geocaches around there as well.

    You rock Udink!

    Is this Ghoul Gulch?:

I would like to get to the mini-Goblin Valley you found and this picture. Would you happen to have these coordinates?

    Udink-

    Urock!

That's awesome. I've seen some other areas that look a lot like the Goblins in the swell (or seemingly so) from Google Earth and I really want to check them out.

I don't have GE at home, so I can't really tell what the coord. are or I'd list them. One place is just south of Goblin, but separated from the state park and tucked away in one of the dry washes.

Another place that is somewhat "Goblinesque" is out by Vernal, of all places and is called Fantasy Canyon. Anyone heard of it? I'm sure some of you avid desert rats know what I'm talking about.

If you don't know about it, run a Google image search for it and you'll see what I mean.

I'd love to get out there and see it firsthand someday.

Thanks for bringing this post back, DiscGo. I never would've known.

I did a trip report on Fantasy Canyon too:

I really should add some directions to that thread--it was kind of difficult to find my way there. Maybe a Google Earth .KML and a .GPX file will do. I'll create some later today and add them.
