Monoxide Poison Spring TR May 17 2008
We spent an early Saturday morning hiking the west fork of Monoxide in the Poison Spring area. The road down Poison Spring is in great shape, two wheel drive all the way. Monoxide is a nice romp, short and sweet, a real gem. Makes me wonder what else is in the area. The only real challenge in the canyon is the fault line rappel which is preceded by a cool down climb. The rest of the canyon has an assorted group of down climbs and crawling over big boulders.

Did you rig the fault line anchor or was it already there?
Thanks for the TR.

I like to see men helping women in the canyons. Nice photos!
