Congrats on the new bike! That is sweet! I am still on the fence for what bike I am going to buy!
Two wheels are better than four, keep the rubber side down.

I built a new one this year also...
...but I went a little more old school. Long travel steel hardtail goodness.
You won't think you're so clever, when you hear thunder underground...

WAHOO! Here's the build & the results. This thing is incredibly lightweight! Cant wait to get it on the trail...the road just doesnt do it justice.

You don't mind me asking how much and where you got it? I am still in the "going to upgrade someday" riff and I like your choice.

The XT brake lever/shifters take a little getting used to but very responsive. I set this one up with the longest travel fork I could put on it and I might drop a stack and fork height but the way it sits I can adjust the TORA down to function at less travel on the fly and the remote poplock is way cool! I really need to get it out on a long haul ride and see what I feel like afterwards. The rear shock, the new RockShox MC3 responds well too and locks out on the fly. I'll change out the seat clamp for a QR but it's good for now.
....and the color is HOTTT!

took it out and got it dirty today I've never ridden a bike this light and responsive before...for more than a demo ride, and anyone who has ridden up Wasatch crest with me on the DH rig can understand what that means to me
I think I'll be doing alot of riding this year on this bad boy
