Leprechaun Canyon and Blarney Canyon
So I left my comfort zone of Bo and the Zion area and drove to the Hanksville area to meet with Alex (Kazak), Redbonz (Adam) and Shane. I had never been in such skinny canyons and they are quite different from Zion's canyons. I love downclimbing and these canyons had lots of that. There was one fun rappell too with a fun start. The hint to wear long sleeves and pants is a good one! I am still going with all the photos, but here are a few to start with.

Great pics, Tanya! I really loved those skinny slots when I got in there last fall. The colouring in there is gorgeous. An excellent, timely visit to the Irish slots!

The guys were a blast --- there is nothing like having new men around to tease. --- I think they are afraid of me now. --- but the downclimbing I loved! Just be sure and wear something to protect your skin from the very rough sandstone.... bring a small pack... and put nothing hard it or you will have hole.. I have a couple of holes and there was nothing in mine except a harness and a water bag.
