Most of my clocks are auto now a days. Only a couple to manually adjust.

I am looking forward to the extra light.

I just learned that the main purpose of Daylight Savings was to save on power consumption. I've thought for years that it was just to give us an extra hour of daylight in the summer for recreation.

I recently read a book (Saving Daylight) on it and back in the 1800's in England they actually wanted it so workers could have more time after 5:00 to go to the pub or play in the parks and countryside. There was some resistance so they sold people on the energy ideas too.

I say screw the energry argument lets ride!!
